BIOGRAPHY
THE HOMECOMING
- On September 5, 1991, 46 years after, through the efforts of
the General Santos City Junior Chamber of Commerce Senate
(or Jaycee Senate) the bone-remains of General Paulino
Santos and his wife Elisa were flown home to General Santos
City from Camiling, Tarlac by the Philippine Army and
entombed at the Bantayog ni Heneral Santos at Plaza Heneral
Santos, Pioneers Ave. Dadiangas West. The Aguman
Association and the Sons and Daughters of Gen Santos
Pioneers took extra efforts to have the Bantayog become what
it is today.
